What this notice covers

This page covers only what this website collects: the quote and contact forms, and server records. The company keeps separate notices for employees, job applicants, on-site visitors, audits, camera recordings and accounting. All of those notices are published here.

The Turkish texts are the binding originals. This English page is a summary for information; if the two ever conflict, the Turkish texts govern.

What we collect

When you send a quote or contact request — your name, organisation, e-mail address, telephone number, and what you type into the form: part number, quantity, category, the date you need it and your message. In KVKK terms these fall under identity, contact and customer-transaction data.

When you browse the site — your IP address, browser and device information and the pages you request are written to server records. Those records exist for security and fault-finding.

This site does not collect special-category personal data, and does not ask you for a national identity number.

Why, and on what legal basis

• To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and run the sale — establishment and performance of a contract.
• To keep the site and the data on it secure and to prevent abuse — our legitimate interest.
• To meet retention and disclosure duties that the law places on us — as provided by law.

Who else handles it

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. Your request passes through these parties:

• Netlify — the US-based provider that hosts this site and passes form submissions to us. Form content and server records are processed on their servers.
• Google Fonts — the page fonts load from Google’s servers, which means your IP address reaches Google. Nothing else is sent to Google.
• Our e-mail provider — your request reaches us as an e-mail.
• Authorised public institutions — only where the law requires it.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. There is no analytics, measurement, advertising or social-media tracking technology on it — no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no advertising cookies. The only outside connection is the font loading described above. The older site has its own, separate cookie policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to reply to you and to handle whatever commercial or legal process follows, and for any period the law requires. The periods themselves are set out in the company’s Data Retention and Destruction Policy. That policy is published here.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of Law no. 6698 you may: learn whether your data is being processed; request information about it if it is; learn the purpose and whether it is being used accordingly; know the third parties it has been passed to; have it corrected if it is incomplete or wrong; have it erased or destroyed where the conditions for that are met; require that correction or erasure be notified to anyone it was passed to; object to a result reached against you purely by automated analysis; and claim compensation if unlawful processing has caused you loss.

Send your request in writing to İvedik OSB, Melih Gökçek Bulvarı, Elektrokent-2 No: 83/11, Yenimahalle / Ankara, or through the form on our contact page. We answer within thirty days at the latest. The reply is free of charge up to ten pages; beyond that a processing fee of 1 TRY per page may apply, and where the answer is supplied on physical media the charge will not exceed the cost of that media. We may verify your identity first, and we answer only about the person making the request.
