What do I need to send to get a quote?
A part number or NSN plus a quantity is enough. Manufacturer, datasheet, target delivery date and whether an equivalent is acceptable all speed things up. List-based requests can be sent as a file.
How quickly do you respond?
Requests are reviewed the same business day. Price and lead time are confirmed in a written quote once the source is verified.
Can you find obsolete parts?
Yes. Obsolete and long-lead items are a significant part of our work. Where nothing exists on the market we propose an equivalent, and where necessary we evaluate manufacturing it.
Do you supply NSN-coded items?
Yes. We handle requests that arrive with an NSN. Sending the item description alongside the code shortens verification.
Do you manufacture from a sample?
We do. We manufacture at our İvedik OSB facility from a sample, a technical drawing or a 3D model. Feasibility depends on the complexity of the part.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
For catalogue items there is usually no minimum, and single-piece requests can be met. For items requiring manufacturing, the minimum is stated per line in the quote.
How does delivery work?
Goods are inspected and documented before dispatch. Delivery terms and shipping details are set out in the quote, and you work with one point of contact throughout.
Do you source internationally?
Yes. We obtain critical materials from domestic and international sources. For items sourced abroad, lead time in the quote reflects supply and customs processes.
